What is TSCM?
Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) also known as a “Bug Sweep†or Eavesdropping detecting, has been around since before the cold war. TSCM is a highly specialized service using special equipment to search for the presence of eavesdropping devices such as hidden microphones (bugs). Virtually anyone can have the misfortune of being a victim to spying. For companies that have executives leaving, Acquisitions, mergers, business expansions, new products, layoffs, or litigations involving lawsuits, they are vulnerable.
